As the Commercial Excellence & Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll be at the heart of performance planning, incentive design, and market insight generation—empowering our Key Account Management teams to deliver with precision and impact. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance of sales target setting across therapeutic areas and Key Account Management teams
- Align targets with market dynamics, brand strategy, and historical performance
- Design and implement quarterly incentive schemes that drive field force motivation
- Deliver accurate, timely incentive calculations and provide training on scheme structure
- Generate monthly market insights using reliable data sources
- Analyze competitive trends and partner with marketing to co-create actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and enhance reporting tools for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior leaders to support business planning and performance reviews
Essential Requirements
- University degree in Business Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and reading skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or business intelligence
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and commercial performance drivers
