About the Role

Location: Panama City, Panama

Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic BPA goals into actionable plans for a specific business area
- Deliver accurate commercial analysis to support monthly reviews and ad-hoc requests
- Evaluate risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies
- Provide financial insights and decision support for investments and projects
- Monitor business performance and enable early resource redirection with business partners
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with precise operational data
- Continuously improve reporting processes and implement Lean practices to meet evolving needs
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in financial management and business partnering
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and identify opportunities
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely commercial insights
- Experience in operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Desirable experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Fluency in Spanish and English
