As the Strategic Business Partner for REFS within DDIT OPS, you’ll lead global product vision, drive impactful change, and co-own transformation outcomes that deliver measurable business value. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with business product owners
- Drive technology-enabled transformation programs and co-own business outcomes
- Maximize product line value through lifecycle ownership and continuous improvement
- Shape long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience
- Partner across DDIT functions to deliver high-quality services and seamless engagement
- - Manage program, project, and product delivery with accountability for business value
- Influence investment decisions and ensure risk ownership across operations and transformation
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital solutions in a multinational environment
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and strategic planning
- Expertise in leveraging technology to drive business transformation and customer value
- Skilled in financial modeling, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement
You’ll receive:
